HSS-segments:
Choice between hardened high speed steel of quality DMo5 or EMo5Co5. The hardness of approx. 63-65 HRC guarantees optimum protection of wear and high life time of the saw blade.
Steel body:
Made of alloyed steel, tensioned and straightened electronically and have a strength of approx. 1400 N/mm˛, size of bore hole = H7.
Compound:
steel body with strong shoulder to receive segments as well as saw body and segment form an integral unit. The segments are securely held in their closing ring.
