Segmental Circular Saw Blades.
The main body of the blade primarily consists of tool steel.
Individual segments are the segments are made of HSS high-speed tempered steel (material number 1.3343) and are connected to the main blade according to the tongue and groove principle.
These are radially attached with rivets and secured by rivets at the so-called segment joint, thus creating a closed segment ring.
The standard version of the segmental circular cold saw blades utilizes the forward and trailing cut geometry.
We use quality material number 1.3343 (S 6-5-2) for the saw body.
The centre bore and any necessary pin holes can be placed and sized according to the customer's specifications.
